01 · THE ROOM
252 sq ft, built for small crews.
12'10" wide by 19'8" deep, 9'10" ceiling. Polished concrete floor, white walls. Two windows with strong daylight and blackout drapes to kill it completely.
The shooting wall takes one 107 inch seamless with margin. It is a room for small crews, on purpose.

04 · ADD WHAT YOU NEED
The gear rental inventory lives in the building. Lighting kits, RGB panels, wireless lavs with recorder, video village monitors, teleprompter with or without an operator. Ask and it goes on the booking. No second pickup across town.
Want a crew too? DP, operator and production support from Burrito Films, same building.
05 · GETTING IN
24-hour access and 24-hour security. Freight elevator plus four passenger elevators. Bathrooms on the floor. Directly above The Last Bookstore and across from Spring Street Park, so Historic Core exteriors are on your doorstep.
Not the room for parties, classes or large events.
06 · TRACK RECORD
