Operational Model

A calm, disciplined process for ambitious productions.

Every production has moving parts: creative goals, schedules, budgets, locations, talent, crews, weather, post, approvals, and delivery specs. Our job is to make those parts work together without losing the idea that made the project worth filming.

1. Listen

We start with the brief, the creative intent, the constraints, and the people involved. Before we plan the shoot, we make sure we understand what success looks like.

2. Shape

We translate the idea into a practical production approach: scope, crew, schedule, locations, budget, risks, and deliverables.

3. Plan

Permits, gear, vendors, travel, insurance, call sheets, and production logistics are organized before the shoot begins, so the set can stay focused.

4. Shoot

On set, we protect the creative while keeping the day moving. Clear communication, experienced crews, and steady production management keep the work grounded.

5. Finish

Editorial, color, sound, VFX, motion, and platform-specific exports are handled with the same care as production.

6. Deliver

Final assets are checked, organized, and delivered to spec, ready for campaign, broadcast, social, or internal use.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

We take on a limited number of productions per quarter, and we scope every engagement to the project. For smaller needs we offer productized packages shot at our Los Angeles studio. If your project is not the right fit, we are happy to point you to the right partner.

One contract, one point of contact, one workflow. You sign with a California LLC, and we run local crews on either side of the Atlantic. You contract with a single California LLC, under US-standard contracts and insurance, while your budget gains access to Spanish crews, locations and incentives.

Yes, it is one of our core services. We execute production services in the US for international clients, operating natively in English and Spanish: crews, permits, locations, payroll and delivery, all under one roof.

We use proprietary tools in preproduction: script analysis that projects cost and return before you commit, generative lookbooks, and previsualization. The result is faster prep, earlier creative alignment and fewer surprises in the budget. The craft on set remains human.

You do. Final deliverables are owned by the client as defined in the production agreement, and raw footage terms are agreed before the shoot, in writing, with no ambiguity.

Standard commercial work runs on two to four weeks of prep depending on permits, casting and locations. Expedited timelines are possible; tell us your air date and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done well.

All three. We serve agencies and brands as a production partner, and we serve international production companies as their US execution arm.

Based in Los Angeles, with a production hub in Madrid and a vetted crew network across the US and Spain. If the story needs another map, we build the logistics around it.
